Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number for your package(s). During the holiday, spring, and summer seasons, orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Any order over $30 guarantees free shipping. Order processing times are separate from order shipping times. 

At times, there are postal service problems that are outside of our control causing your order to be delayed. We may also experience a high volume of orders at any given time, especially during a holiday season, which may cause a potential delay of your order processing and shipping time. If there is a delay, we will send out email notifications to our subscribed customers regarding order information. Email notifications are already pre-checked for you during checkout, we ask that you do not uncheck this box so that you can be notified of order updates, product announcements, sales and more.

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
