Refund policy

We have a No Return, No Refund policy, which means that you will not be able to return your items once you have received them. 

Please understand that our items are perishable goods and it is a health and safety violation for us to accept returned goods once they have been shipped to a customer. Please read below for our exceptions.

If you have any questions about your order you can contact us at contact@pawstries.com. We will be as accommodating as possible. Items sent back to us will not be accepted. 


Exceptions / Damages and issues 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We understand that accidents happen during shipping/transport so if you receive damaged packaging, please take photos of the damaged items and send the photos to our email at contact@pawstries.com so that we can evaluate the issue.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept any perishable goods (pet treats) once they have been shipped to customers. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges


We do not allow exchanges of perishable goods (pet treats).

Refunds 


We will not issue a refund on perishable goods (pet treats) that have been shipped to customers.
