OUR RETURN POLICY

We have a No Return, No Refund policy, which means that you will not be able to return your items once you have received them. 

Please understand that our items are perishable goods and it is a health and safety violation for us to accept returned goods once they have been shipped to a customer. Please read below for our exceptions.

If you have any questions about your order you can contact us at contact@pawstries.com. We will be as accommodating as possible. Items sent back to us will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We understand that accidents happen during shipping/transport, if you receive damaged packaging, please take photos of the damaged items and send the photos to our email at contact@pawstries.com so that we can evaluate the issue.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept any perishable goods (pet treats) once they have been shipped to customers. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not allow exchanges of perishable goods (pet treats).

Refunds

We will not issue a refund on perishable goods (pet treats) that have been shipped to customers.

 

PAWSTRIES SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number for your package(s). During the holiday and summer seasons, orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Any order over $30 guarantees free shipping. Order processing times are separate from order shipping times. 

At times, there are postal service problems that are outside of our control causing your order to be delayed. We may also experience a high volume of orders at any given time, especially during the holiday and summer season which may cause a potential delay in your order processing and shipping time. If there is a delay, we will send out email notifications to our subscribed customers regarding order information. Email notifications are already pre-checked for you during checkout, we ask that you do not uncheck this box so that you can be notified of order updates, product announcements, sales and more.

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
